Dear Parents, I hope you are doing well. I am writing this email to share my experience while working with Yang Fan Academy, so you can make an informed decision regarding your children’s care. I worked with Yang Fan Academy for approximately 3 to 4 months. While I was paid for the first three months, I was not paid for the fourth month, during which I worked around 50 hours. Additionally, my messages on Google Chat (our primary communication platform) were not even read, and I was informed by the owner, Adam Wang, that no payment would be made. I have complete records of all assigned tasks, work completed, and communication as proof. Unfortunately, this issue is not limited to me. In April, three other developers (each with a salary of around $1500) were also terminated without being paid, despite working more than 150 hours on the application. Their messages have also not received responses. Based on my experience and interactions under the management of Adam Wang, there were instances where developers were not treated professionally. When team members raised concerns regarding their salaries or routine workflow matters, the responses were often dismissive. This created an environment where transparent and healthy communication became difficult. I would also like to clarify that I am currently working in Sweden with a stable and well-paid position. The amount in question is not significant for me personally. However, this is a matter of professional ethics and fairness. Every individual who has invested time and effort into their work deserves to be compensated accordingly. The purpose of this email is not to harm anyone’s reputation, but to raise awareness. When an organization treats its employees in this manner, it raises concerns about the quality and reliability of its services. I have recently researched other daycare centers and found that many offer better services at more reasonable rates compared to Yang Fan Academy. I kindly request all parents to: - Carefully verify services and invoices - Cross-check before making decisions - Consider alternative daycare options If you need help finding reliable daycare services, feel free to contact me.
